Designing a new landscape is an exciting process.
We strive to create a space that meets and exceeds the client’s expectations. Therefor, we invest in connecting well with our clients to fully understand their needs, concerns and expectations.
Concept Meeting
The second meeting, which we refer to as the “Concept Meeting,” is where we review the initial Concept Design with the client. This involves examining both the printed plan and the digital 3D design on our laptop, which often results in excitement as the space has already undergone significant transformation.
During this meeting, we take the time to discuss the suggested design and evaluate the client’s reaction to it. This is the ideal time to make any necessary minor adjustments as nothing is set in stone yet.
If the client has also purchased the Planting Design and Specified Design, we will discuss their preferences for hardscape materials and plants.
Back at our Studio, we will then integrate all of the details into the final Lay Out Design, which will be presented to the client during our Final Meeting. The client will receive both paper and digital copies of all purchased designs.
